Kiritimati Island community will enjoy a new and modern fish market,.owned and operated by CPPL in full support of the Government Ministries namely Ministry of Line and Phoenix Island Development (MLPID) and the Ministry of Fisheries and Ocean Resources (MFOR). This plan was today cemented by the signing.of a joint MoU between Secreraty Natario of MLPID, Secretary Riibeta of MFOR and CEO Temarewe of CEO at Parliament, Ambo. The signing was witnessed by their Senior Officers with the exchange of this MoU. The MoU acknowledges the Korean Overseas Fishing Associate (KOFA), CPPL, MPLID and MFOR who provided funding support for this new fish market project.
