MFOR strive to nurture empolyees' efficiency. This is crucial for the abilities and skillsets of staff to produce high quantity of work with high quality within a specific timeframe, allocation of resources in a more smarter way and less stress. This is a core objective of the training conducted in the last two days to staff of MFOR and PSO by the Personal Efficiency Program (PEP) World wide - a professional and international consultancy firm by New Zealand. Staff gained much insights and tools on how to work more smartly and deliver high quality outputs. This training was made possible through the funding assistance of NZ MFAT through the Tobwaan Waara Phase III project, in collaboration with MFOR HR Unit and the Public Service Office.
