The Coastal Fisheries Division, through its MCS&E (Monitoring, Control, Surveillance & Enforcement) Unit, successfully conducted a two-day workshop on 8th - 9th April focused on enhancing coastal fisheries case submissions.

The workshop brought together key stakeholders to strengthen processes and improve the quality and effectiveness of case submissions. Valuable discussions were held, and constructive inputs were shared which will contribute to improving the progression and handling of fisheries cases.

The Division acknowledges the active participation and contributions from all attendees from Police Station Prosecution Units and OAG , which were instrumental in the success of the workshop.
